Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your items with care and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy for details:

Shipping Costs

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping to make things easy:
• $7 USD flat rate for all domestic (U.S.) orders
• $10 USD flat rate for orders shipped to Canada

Enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).

Shipping Times
As many of our items are custom-designed or made-to-order, shipping times may vary. Please allow 5–15 business days for your order to arrive, depending on the product and destination.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada at a flat rate of $10 USD.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries. Any customs or duties are the responsibility of the customer. International orders do not qualify for free or discounted shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Sacred Senses, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right. Please review our policy below:​

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in their original, like-new condition, unwashed, unworn, and free of any damage not caused during shipping.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.


Store Credit & Exchanges
Store Credit: If the item doesn’t fit or you’d like to exchange it for a different size, design, or product, we offer store credit once the item is returned and inspected.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the return shipping costs on exchanges or store credit. Please ensure you order your proper size to avoid return shipping costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or has a printing error, please contact us immediately at Support@SacredSenses.Shop with photos of the issue.

In these cases, we offer a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs, to ensure your satisfaction.


Non-Returnable Items
Items like clearance products, or any item marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


How to Start a Return
Email us at Support@SacredSenses.Shop with your order number and reason for the return.

We’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue store credit or process your refund if applicable.
