Shipping Costs
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping to make things easy:
• $7 USD flat rate for all domestic (U.S.) orders
• $10 USD flat rate for orders shipped to Canada
Enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).
Shipping Times
As many of our items are custom-designed or made-to-order, shipping times may vary. Please allow 5–15 business days for your order to arrive, depending on the product and destination.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada at a flat rate of $10 USD.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries. Any customs or duties are the responsibility of the customer. International orders do not qualify for free or discounted shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Sacred Senses, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. Please review our updated return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in like-new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from damage (excluding any damage caused during shipping).
Refunds & Store Credit
We offer refunds to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Alternatively, you may request store credit if you’d prefer to exchange for a different size or design.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@SacredSenses.Shop with a photo of the issue.
In these cases, we will offer a full refund or replacement and cover the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance or “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return
Email us at Support@SacredSenses.Shop with your order number and reason for the return.
We’ll respond with the return address and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or issue store credit, as requested.
